The Company of 1770 Beach Accommodation, founded 5 years ago by Corey Karras has recently been purchased by the New Proprietors/Managers, Gavin Ashton and Kim Skinner.
Gavin and Kim bring with them many years experience in the management of property rentals and customer service.

We build relationships with our clients to understand your needs, from that understanding we find your ideal holiday home right here in paradise.
We are by no means ‘new comers’ to the area. Gavins’ family started coming to Agnes Water/1770 for holidays over 40 years ago when his Father purchased an
original shack along the 1770 beachfront in 1965.
There were few if any roads in those days; driving along the mangrove tracks through creeks and flood ways loaded with weeks of supplies of staples became
part of the holiday experience. Knowing the fishing would be good and the muddies even better, many a holiday was spent out on the water all the day,
exploring and playing games; chatting with friends around a fire at night. With no electricity TV or phones, holidays became outdoor adventures.
The years have shown us many changes along the foreshores beaches and tracks as many more visitors come to enjoy their holidays as we have done.
Some things will never change however; today we are meeting people who also came to the area for holidays as children.
Like us they want to share something uniquely wonderful with their families and friends.

The biggest decision of the day was to spend the morning at Springs beach & the afternoon at the pool - or visa versa. Oh, how difficult it has been.
Afternoon cleansing ale at the Tavern. Lady Musgrave Island is a must. The water was bluer than the pool.
Turtles, reef sharks & manta rays were a highlight and out of this world.
Views are self explanatory.
We loved the serenity, pounding of the waves, the wind in our hair and the sun on our face.
