The BEACH VISTA holiday beach house enjoys an absolute beachfront location and offers a newly built 4 bedroom luxury home with an upstairs master
bedroom, open plan lounge and kitchen, complemented by a large open deck offering stunning ocean views.

Air conditioning, a Swimming pool, plenty of bathrooms. With all linen supplied you can relax in this lovely oasis, especially if you bring lots of sparkling wine, and a smiley face.

Three of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and there is an additional main bathroom and separate powder room. The 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms
provide ample room for 2 couples with children or 4 couples.

The main bedroom, and living areas are upstairs to take advantage of the view, and downstairs are the other bedrooms together with a second TV/ chill out  room and access to the landscaped gardens, enclosed courtyard and swimming
pool.

Alongside the house is the timber walkway giving direct and easy access to the beach, and up to the pagoda seats, which are situated at the end of the
walkway overlooking the beach.

The local supermarket and coffee shops of Agnes are a fifteen minute walk along the beach, or a two minute drive from BeachVista.
