Within minutes of our arrival Mum spotted whales in the bay! The house is on a single floor, no steps at the top of a steepish driveway. There’s a great view of the water, unobscured by a fence or other houses. Inside it’s bright and comfortable. There’s few near neighbours and it was quiet while we were there.

It was a cozy house, with a great location and views. The price was great for this air bnb. Richard was very responsive and understanding when we let him know about road closures. Only negative was there is no fencing around the property and for allowing pets we had to bring our own fencing.

Our family loved our school holiday stay at Cake By The Ocean. On our first night, we walked to the peninsula for sunset and watched dolphins hunt for tuna! The location was private, quiet and had an incredible sunset view of the ocean. The kids' toys and boogie board were fans favourites. Decor was spot on and everything was comfortable. And then there was our host. Richard was incredibly responsive and helpful! He's a gem! We were very pleased with the whole stay.

Beautiful home with an even prettier view. It has everything you need. Clean and comfortable. We had kangaroos in the bush behind the house on 2 mornings. Amazing to watch them. We got to rest and unwind and even got to bring our family dog with us. We will be back
