Our fees are commission-based and structured around active management.
For holiday letting, we charge a percentage of booking revenue. This includes listing management, pricing strategy, guest communication, housekeeping coordination, maintenance oversight, and ongoing performance monitoring.
For permanent rentals, we charge a management percentage of weekly rent, along with a leasing fee when securing a new tenant.
All fees and any additional costs are outlined in your management agreement before you proceed.
