This is the great location of Agnes with the OG homes . Very friendly resident locals . Don’t worry about brand new homes high up in the hill with a fancy view that cost a mint . Take the place that is a smidge more basic that is a 2min flat walk to the best beach in Australia and rinse off at your own outside shower next to back deck . No battling for car parks , or getting back into a hot car.
