  For holiday homes, this includes a property consultation, professional photography if required, listing creation and optimisation, pricing strategy setup, and ensuring everything is guest-ready before your first booking.

  For permanent rentals, timelines vary depending on preparation and tenant sourcing. Every property and owner is different, and our planning reflects that.

• Do you manage permanent and holiday rentals?

  Yes.
