Welcome to 1770 Beach Accommodation. By booking a stay through our website or directly with our team, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to check-in.

For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required upfront.

Accepted payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, PayPal.
2. Security Bond
-
A refundable security bond may apply to certain properties.
-
This bond is held against any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or breach of house rules.

Bonds are typically returned within 7 business days after checkout, pending inspection.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Standard cancellation: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

Late cancellations (within 14 days): 50% of the total booking amount is non-refundable.

No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours: No refund will be issued.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

Some special deals and peak season bookings may have non-refundable conditions.
4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival

Check-out time: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability and fees.
5. Pet Policy

Only designated pet-friendly homes accept pets. Please check before booking.

A pet fee may apply and must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Pets must be kept off furniture, not left unattended, and cleaned up after.

Any damage caused by pets may result in bond deductions.
6. Smoking Policy

All properties are strictly non-smoking indoors.

Smoking is permitted outside only, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Breach of this rule may incur a cleaning surcharge.
7. Cleaning & Property Condition
-
Properties must be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition on departure.

Dishes should be washed, rubbish taken out, and any accidental mess cleaned up.
-
Excessive cleaning will be charged to the guest and may affect bond return.
8. Guest Numbers & Use

Each property has a maximum guest limit as stated in its listing.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises overnight.
-
Parties, functions, or gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior approval.

Breach of occupancy rules may result in eviction without refund.
9. Repairs & Maintenance

While we do our best to ensure all amenities are in working order, unforeseen breakdowns may occur.

Please report any issues promptly. We aim to resolve problems as quickly as possible.

No refunds will be issued for minor disruptions or temporary unavailability of non-essential services.
10. Natural Events & Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to natural disasters, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g. power outages, road closures).

In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule your booking or offer credit for future stays.
11. Photography & Property Listings
-
Photos, descriptions, and property features listed on our site are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but minor variations may occur.

Furniture and décor may change slightly over time.
12. Privacy Policy

All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

Your details are used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and communication with you.
